Brown’s Chicken Massacre

In January 1993, seven people were shot and killed inside a Brown’s Chicken fast-food restaurant in Chicago, becoming one of the deadliest mass shootings in the area at the time.

For years, the case was cold, with very few leads.

It wasn’t until evidence collected from a trash can at the crime scene was tested that investigators finally got a break.
